This is a personal record of an examined life, observations, thinking, and the slow work of living more intentionally. Just honest writing from inside the process.

Who writes this?

I’m A.R. Sajjad, based in Muscat, Oman. By day I work in procurement. This blog is the other side of that life.

Is this a self-help blog?

Not in the usual sense. I don’t believe in quick fixes or motivational quotes. If anything, this is the opposite, a slow, honest look at why we know things but don’t always act on them.

Do you use AI to write your posts?

Yes, I use AI as a thinking partner. The ideas, the stories, and the voice are mine, AI helps me organise and find the words faster. I’m open about this because I think how we use these tools matters.
